LEBX for clinics · dental, skin, physio & family practice
We build your clinic website, and an AI assistant answers patients on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger 24/7. Appointment requests land in one inbox for your front desk to confirm, and reminders and follow-ups go out on their own.

About BlinkTrust
WhatsApp runs on the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, alongside the official Instagram and Messenger connections. No grey-area tools that put your number at risk.
The assistant answers only what you approve. Medical questions go to staff, appointments are confirmed by your team, and campaign templates are yours to sign off.
Role-based access and two-factor login protect the inbox. You can export or delete your data, and Omni does not sell or share it. We also advise against collecting reports or records over chat.
Campaigns go only to patients who opted in. Opt-outs are respected, and sending is paced.
No. We set the assistant up to answer only from the clinic information you approve, such as timings, fees, doctors, services and directions. Questions about symptoms, medicines or reports are handed to your staff, and you choose the message patients see, including emergency guidance such as calling 112.
By default, no. The patient picks a free slot in the chat and that becomes a request in your dashboard. Your front desk confirms it with one click and the patient is told on WhatsApp. Omni also has booking links with Google Calendar sync if you later want certain visit types to be self-booked.
Usually, yes. The number is connected to the official WhatsApp Cloud API through a guided setup. How it works with the WhatsApp Business app you use today depends on your number, so we check it with you during the demo before anything changes.
WhatsApp, Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger in one shared inbox. Omni also lists TikTok, LinkedIn, email and SMS. Your website can send its form enquiries into the same place.
No. If your current site works, we add WhatsApp and appointment-request buttons to it. If it’s slow, outdated or missing, we design and build a new mobile-first clinic website.
Omni uses role-based access and two-factor login, lets you export or delete your data, and states that it never sells or shares it. We recommend keeping medical reports and records out of chat and in your clinical systems. Ask us about storage and retention in the demo.
Yes. The AI assistant replies in the language the patient writes in, and the Omni dashboard itself is available in several languages, including Hindi.
To patients who have opted in, yes. WhatsApp campaigns use message templates approved by Meta, sending is paced, opt-outs are respected and you can see the delivery status of every message. Email newsletters go through LEBX Mail.
If she can use WhatsApp, she can use the inbox. Chats look the same, with buttons to assign, confirm and add notes. We walk your team through it during setup.
Omni has a Free plan with no card required, and paid plans listed on omni.lebx.io. Website and setup work is quoted in writing after a free demo, once we know what your clinic needs.
Connecting your channels to Omni takes minutes with its guided setup, though Meta’s business verification can take longer. A full setup with website, AI assistant and automations depends on scope, so we give you a written timeline after the demo.
It says so politely and hands the chat to your team, so the patient never gets a made-up answer. You can add the answer to its knowledge base so it can reply next time.
Bring your doctors, timings and the questions patients ask most. We’ll show you how it would look and work for your clinic.
See it with your clinic’s details. A free walkthrough, no commitment.
